Raises the banner. Those who see it strike faster.

It has no cooldown: it is always on while it sits on the hero's active bar, and does nothing anywhere else.

Values by rank

Banner scales with Haste. Its value at each rank is 910 + 260 × rank:

Haste is a percentage stat, so the value is used as written (in basis points, shown here as a percentage), times the skill power.

Haste = value × skill power
skill power = 1 + 1% per point in the other Command skills + 2% per rank of each skill that boosts it

How to unlock it

Rank 5 in War Cry Tier 1 of the Command line.

Hero level 12 at the earliest There is no level requirement, but a hero gets one skill point every 2 levels.

One skill point per rankUp to rank 10.

Rank 5 in Banner opens Taunt.

Mastery and synergies

Line mastery: every point in the other Command skills makes Banner 1% stronger, up to +40% with all of them at rank 10. Its own points do the same for the rest of the line.
